I ordered online with them and was really surprised by how great they were, which is why I'm sad that they have ruined it with bad after sales service. It's a consumers fear buying online that the product will become faulty, which happened in my case, they said they would replace the product with a new one (again really great) but all they have done is taken the unit I bought and left me stranded for 3 days, with no communication on when I can expect the replacement. In the end I'm the one being inconvenienced, I have tried to contact them but no one is getting back to me and no one is answering the phones... it just makes them seem dodge, which is the last thing you want from an online store
