Samsung S4 swollen battery in less than 3 months

Hi I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500 at the end of July from Cell C in Bayside

My Phone is now randomly shutting down because of "Low Battery"
This happens when my battery is charged anywhere between 30% - 90%

I opened the case and realised the battery is a Bit swollen

I've had this phone for Less than 3 months. (From 25 July)
This is clearly a faulty Battery.

My Galaxy S4 is unusable if it is not plugged into a charger

I have the Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9500
