My 3 month old Galaxy S4 is one of the many that has been affected by defunct batteries.
According to the samsung website in Korea this is a known problem and customers are more than welcome to return their handset and receive a new battery free of charge. No fuss.. Not in South africa however.
First and foremost SAMSUNG SA dont even have the S4 Listed on their website and it was only after hounding nashua mobile that I was informed the phone would have to be booked in for no less than 3 days before the battery will be replaced?? Its not higher grade, the battery does not work, replace it? So in order for me to have a functional product I first need to be phoneless for 3 days. ( Nice when your work life revolves around your phone).
Pathetic.. so wish I had bought a APPLE instead, atleast their service teams are willing to address issues directly as opposed to sending their customers to third party suppliers.
