Hi there
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 in about June/July. I have had no issues with this phone up until very recenlty. In fact, i became a Samsung convert.
For the past week my phone has been switching off and on and then telling me battery critical and then switching off completely even when my battery tells me i have 600% or more battery life.
And even when the battery is low i was able to still have some use of the phone right up until 5% battery life. Now when it reaches 20% is shuts down and won't switch on again until i charge it.
This phone is not even a year old and already the battery is giving me issues. Does the battery fall under warranty or am i going to have to purchase a new one.
I also can't send my phone in for repairs again for 2 weeks as i use it for business.
Please assist
