Gave my S4 in on 16 October for a screen replacement. Was informed that they could do the replacement while I wait... If they had screens. Phoned weekly to be given excuse after lame excuse. Asked to be phoned back by a manager on 22 Oct... Still waiting. Now in week 3, how long can in take to receive screens and to provide feedback to a customer waiting for his phone and a bit of feedback when asked...
