Samsung S4 Faulty Battery

There have been numerous new articles which states that some Samsung S4 batteries are faulty. They heat up and swell and switch off. My battery shows fully charges but keeps on heating up and switching off. On phoning Nashua Mobile I get told to phone so many numbers and after phoning no one can still assist me. We have a Corporate account with Nashua Mobile and they don't seem to want to assist anyone with this problem. My colleagues who have a Vodacom account go straight to Vodacom tell them the problem and are given a replacement battery immediately. As I am a MTN customer through Nashua Mobile, I get no assistance what so ever.

The last article which I say in The Star was ""We have requested that all affected customers visit their nearest Samsung Electronics service centre or Samsung Experience store, where they can receive a replacement battery free of charge. We have also been collaborating with Vodacom, MTN and Cell C to ensure that customers who have been experiencing problems are assisted swiftly and at no additional cost to them." - The Star"

Can someone let me know who can assist me with a replacement battery for a Samsung S4?
