Dear Samsung Mobile SA
I am very very very unhappy about the zero service one gets from you. It is common knowledge that there is a batch of Galaxy S4 devices that have battery problems I'm one affected user I have been sending emails without getting any help. My phone is like a brand new toy that's not working I won't buy a new battery please replace it as you have binded yourself to do so. Don't make me regret buying a Samsung product.
