I bought an iPhone 5, IMEI 013411002823767 on the 21st of December 2012. In August, the battery was swelling and had pushed the screen out. I took it in for repairs and 2 weeks later I got it back. In October the screen was falling off so I took it back for repairs. Surely this shoddy workmanship and a great inconvenience. I've had to SIM Swap 3 times. This phone is less than 12 months old and I wonder how many times I would have to take it back for repairs in 12 months. I will NEVER buy an apple product EVER again.
