Regarding my Kelvinator Dishwasher which was damaged by Eltec, whom Master Care use as an agent, after they were told that Eltec is not reliable. Originally reported to Master Care on 6/5/2013, still waiting for a new dishwasher. Eltec delivered on 18/9/2013 the dishwasher back, with one leg broken off, dented, scratch, the door can't close proper. Candace van Rooyen is busy since then to get me a new one, the agent admitted that they damaged the unit. Candace told me once that the financial dept requested her to get a price on a new and 2nd hand unit, which I'm not accepting. 2nd hand feels like using someone else's toothbrush, and why did the previous owner got rid of it? Mine was new, perfect condition. We took photo's before the unit was taken away and after the unit was delivered back to us. Candace van Rooyen is never available, always on a call, out of the office, etc. Even e-mail the DM, Mr Ralph Mellett, he promised us that they looking into it, but ever since we have no answers or a replacement from Master Care. All the photo's and previous e-mails were forwarded to Candace van Rooyen. Need urgent answers from Master Care and no more empty promises. 6 mnts later!
