I bought a pair of sunglasses from Have2Have about a year ago on order 36324. The frame broke and upon enquiring about a warranty, I got the full RMA process from Simon. Processed the RMA as per the instructions and paid the handling fee on reference # RJH-293076.
This was done in June 2013 and to date, no response from them at all. The support tickets on live support are closed almost as they are opened, and there is no telephone number to follow-up on queries.
Really pathetic service from an online mall.
