I purchased a dishwasher from Hirsch's in Centurion. 1st the dishwasher that was delivered to me was broken I made numerous calls to the branch who could not assist me. I made arrangement to have my product deleived on Friday and was initally told that delivery can be done till 9 at noght but when it came to delivering my replacemnet unit I had to wait until Saturday morning. The branch manager refused to compromise on the time of delivery on Saturday he insisted that the unit would be deliveder at 10:30 however after calling the head office i managed to get my unit delivered 45 minutes early. How is that possible? its really sad as in November we I made a purchase I received such good service and now this time round the service was so pathetic. to top everything up a lady called on Saturday afternoon to rate the service and to date I have not heard any response or even an appology for the inconvienience caused quiet pathetic if you ask me.
