Perfect service!

I had an urgent travel booking to be made, and, because it was late on a Friday afternoon, I called Flight Centre with dread as I anticipated the end-of-the-week complacency that one so often encounters at this time.

However, my call was returned by Candace, who was polite, helpful and patient in the face of my urgent panic! Candace undoubtedly went the extra mile for me, staying at work longer than expected to keep me continuously informed of the progress and to do everything in her power to assist me. Thank you Candace!
