Order not delivered, refund not processed

I originally purchased a Kindle Paperwhite from Have2Have around the 27th September 2012.

The page advertising the Paperwhite stated that delivery would occur from 1 October 2012. Near the end of November I still had not received the device which I had already been charged for. On enquiring as to the delay with support, I was told that due to the international shortage of this edition of the Kindle, there was a queue of customers waiting for the device. I was told I was 6th in the queue.By mid December I still had not received the device. On enquiring again I was informed that I was now 22nd in the queue. I then requested a refund as I have friends who received the device from competing sites within one week. I was then asked to complete a refund request form which I completed and sent back to them.

As of today I have still not received a refund from Have 2 Have. I have mailed them constantly to try and get this problem resolved and am mostly ignored. I feel that Have 2 Have money from me.
