My son bought a new Samsung Galaxy Ace last year May. Within the first 2months the phone just switches off for no reason. We contacted Game Wonderpark where we purchased the phone. They said I must bring it in so they can send it away to Vodacom repairs. So we did. They just upgraded software. Still the same problem afterwards. I contacted Game again and requested a refund or exchange. They refused. So we took it back a second time and when we received it back with jobcard it just showed RNR, meaning Returned Not Repaired. Then I contacted Bradley Chetty at Samsung in Jhb. I once again asked for refund, he said his not allowed to they will collect the phone from us twee weeks ago. We got it back with jobcard stating only software upgrade. The phone still switches off by itself two to three times a day. I really do want a refund because we don't want a Samsung cellphone ever again.
