Cellc / Samsung shocking shocking service

I got a Samsung S4 mini within 2 day the phone started making funny codes messages i went back to store as this is a obf - out of box failure the store then said sorry we cant help you must go to Samsung in Canal Walk. I then went to Samsung were they told me the software on the phone is corrupt and they need to exchange my hand set on arrival back at the store the manager in charge said sorry we cant swap it out but what i can do is load new software. After a day or 2 on the new software the phone stared unlocking it self and started changing all my setting. I then took it back to store were they told me we will have to send it away for 7 to 10 working days plus they said sorry its out of the OBF period. First of all the manager should have done his job after i brought it in the first time and should have send it away. After numerous call and message left the call me now after 14 working days telling me sorry there is nothing wrong with the phone and if it happens again we just have to send it away again. Cellc is quick to phone when payment is due but when you have a problem they just dont give a. This is the most shocking service i have ever received.
