I have screen damage on my s4 galaxy, today is already 2 weeks speaking to samsung for assistance, vodacom Heidelberg my service provider could also not assist, went to Boksburg samsung that refused to fix my screen, would any senior official at vodacom or samsung intervene, i have spoken to numerous people with any success.i have never had any problems with nokia before since i moved to samsung bad service, and especially vodacom heidelberg my service provider does not assist at all, what a disaster of no after sales service
