I have taken out n samsung s3 contract with mtn the phone has worked perfectly and after 3 months the screen just dies. So mtn has send in the phone for warranty and the warranty was approved i was told the Branch must replace my handset. Now the Branch tells me there is no stock so i have to take a Samsung S4 but have to pay in R 1400.00 or i have to down grade because there is no more S3 in stock. Please can somone assist as they whould have phone me back an still no answer i cant wait 3-4 WEEKS FOR A PHONE
