Took my Samsung S4 in for new screen, after waiting 3 weeks with the response everyday that there is no stock on white screens but will be delivered the next day.
Eventually had to settle for a grey screen, no back cover had to purchase one from the Samsung house in Boksburg.
Now after 3 weeks of using the phone the touch screen does not work, this was suppose to be a new screen, still no use of phone, what a struggle as the sim card does not fit into any of my other phones.
Please assist in fixing the problem, if there is any other place to take it as Samsung in Boksburg just don't give a how long you have to sit without a phone. This is a business phone and now again I can not use it.
