I sadly renewed my contract through Autopage and upgraded to a Samsung S3 Mini which from the 1st week kept fading my calls and this was nothing to do with reception. Autopage advised that I personally take the unit to the Samsung repair center on 14th avenue, Constantia as I will have to wait 4 to 6 weeks if they send it in. I went to the repair center and had to wait 2 weeks just to find out they want to replace the motherboard. Went back to Autopage as the phone was only a month old at that stage and they replaced the unit. Then a week later, same thing! Went back to Samsung, waited another week. Got the NEW unit back and had the same issue! Went back AGAIN and I was told they are going to replace the microphone, waited 3 days. Got the unit back again and same issue! Autopage can't replace the unit again for some unknown reason and they just said I must send it in for repairs again. After I had to lose my temper at the Samsung repair center I was given a lone phone and was told they will replace the unit within a week. Guess what, it's been 3 weeks! I keep following up but they are waiting for the head office or some stupid excuse like that! I am done with Samsung and Autopage
