Very Poor Service For Samsung 40" 3D LED T.V

A week & a half ago i reported that my Samsung Series 6 3D t.v was faulty, i phoned games warranty dep to report it and was told someone would phone me to collect the unit, but this did not happen.
I phoned Samsung last Monday & they said i must take it back to game as the unit is only a year old & is still under the 2 year factory warranty & i also purchased the extended two year warranty. Samsung also advised me that my unit was discontinued due to similar faults.

Also note this is my 2nd unit as when i bought this T.V with in the first 4 days i had the same issues & game/samsung gave me a new unit.

The T.V went in Last Tuesday morning & to date i have heard nothing regarding the T.V & i have been dealt with in very poor manner over the phone.

I went to Game Amanzimtoti Yesterday to inquire about the T.V only to be given the response of i must wait 21 days before they will notify me if the T.V will be repaired or replaced? I have never heard of this & i phoned Samsung & they said that is not true especially for such a expensive unit & one that is not that old.

I would like to know now what is happening? The T.V is defective, this is my 2nd unit and its also defective! Help.
