I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace phone. When pairing it with my 2 cars, it installs ok but there is no audio when calls come through. I had it checked out at Century City smartcare centre where they could not get it to work. The tech guy could get his Samsung phone to work properly on my car but no luck with my phone. Samsung say I must get my car audio upgraded (at my cost) from S20 to S50 version. What nonsense!! They should rather swop my phone for a version that does work. They clearly don't understand what customer care is all about.
