I have an account with them for a long time. I called in to day as my TV need to be repaired. Only to find out that I can not submitte ant claims as my contract was cancelled by me in 2012 May. When i checked on my bank statements they debiting me with R69 monthly. They telling me that it only been reactivated now in May 2013. I must pay them R700 for me to be able to use the facility again. I found it hard to believe that.
