The start of this story was on the 18th December 2008 when I took my DVD recorder in to Mastercare Boksburg to be repaired. The problem I took it in for was that the recording was not functioning, but everything else was working. I eventually got my machine back, virtually untouched in 2010 after lots of phoning etc, during which time the machine was moved from place to place. SInce then they have debited my account intermittently and have not responded to correspondence. So I am still paying for service which is non existent after cancelling the contract in 2010
