Poor Customercare

On 22 March 2013 I called the Mastercare Customercare Line and ask them to come and collect my television set to be repaired. Up to today 15 April 2013 the broken television still sits in my home, waiting to be collected. This is not really a complaint about Mastercare's service, because their is no service at all.
