Most pathetic service!!!

My Amp blew and I decided to get it Repaired at Master Care EarlyBird worst decision. job no cxs001439, handed it over on the 10/09/13 they came back with a Quote of R700, R400 deposit and R300 on return when it's fixed they checked for stock and they had so I payed the deposit, 2 weeks later not ready phone threw, the computer said they had stock but know one can find the part excuse number 1. They have to order it from JHB so I said ok as long as it gets repaired, another 2 weeks later phone threw, we haven't received the parts from JHB excuse number 2. 1 week later phone threw again only to hear sorry we can't get the part you need so I go pick up my Amp, manage to get it repaired the NEXT day elsewhere at half the cost of the quote received unbelievable my problem now comes in that I haven't received my deposit back after all this time it's small money but the principle behind the matter how can I pay for something which I haven't received? I filled in the form faxed it threw on the 4/11/13 a refund requisition form call 3 days later only to be told we haven't received it sent it threw again they received it up till now I STILL HAVENT received A CENT! Which is MY MONEY! ANYWAY
