Just as useless as Early Bird

Having been contacted by a lady called Diane to sign up after the collapse, take over of early bird I agreed to take out a contract with Mastercare I telephoned them on the 23rd of December regarding my Dishwasher needing repairs after not hearing from them for a week I got another company to do the repairs. I then phoned Mastercare but I only had a cell phone number and when I phoned them they did not answer as Mastercare which I thought very strange, anyway I told them that I thought their service was useless and to cancel my contract, not that I ever received one in writing. Yesterday nearly 3 weeks after asking for the dishwasher to be repaired a technician phoned to say they would be coming to do the repairs. Yet again this proved to me that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
