Mastercare Earlybird
Service Contract

For the last six months trying to have my tumble dryer repaired. Spoken to several people at Master care in Gauteng and in head office in Cape Town but no feed back on when will it be collected and repaired. Every time we report or do inquiry all we get is that we will call you back but to avail no one or person has call back. We call on a weekly basis and then we have to explain and report again as it is a new person.
