Still Debiting time to act

This is now my second complaint about being unable to cancel a contract and debit orders just like most of the complaints on here and understand it is impossible to contact anyone at Early Bird / Mastercare.

It has been several months since I managed to get my bank to cancel the debit order but as of last month it has started again. I have noted the company debiting my account is FINRITE. They refuse to take any responsibility and refer you back to Early Bird / Mastercare.

I believe this should be made FINRITE's problem and request anyone who is also suffering this problem to bombard them with demands to act on this as they are debiting our accounts with no authorisation, therefore in my view they are behaving in an unethical business manner and do in fact need to take responsibility.
