My daughter (15) plays Piano, and when her old strings Piano broke for the umpteenth time, we decided to buy an electronic instrument. We could not afford a new instrument, so we bought a second-hand Clavitech through on-line adverts.
We were very impressed by the instrument, the quality and sound was superb. We soon realised that the "touch" feature was not working. I contacted Clavitech via email, and Tim contacted me soon after. He said he was in Jhb, and if he can come have a look at the problem. At first I was a bit weary, as I was not sure how much all of this is going to cost me, as the Piano was out of warranty. Tim arrived at my home, took the instrument apart and diagnosed the first problem.
He then installed a new keyboard. The problem was better, but not 100% fixed. Tim then ordered parts and installed it, and the problem was fixed 100%. As if this service alone was not good enough, Tim did all this work free of charge. I have never experienced such awesome service ever. Tim really have this much confidence in this product - He is willing to support it even if it is out of warranty. Thanks Tim - Clavitech Rocks! I am forever sold on Clavitech instruments.
