The call center operator just slammed the phone when I tried to log a faulty line. She confirmed that the line was faulty, and I told her that no instrument was connected.
She then could not understand why I did not plug other instruments in to test the line, or that the problem could not possibly be the instrument, because the line itself is not working.
Pointing this out to her caused her to slam the phone down... really great service.
