Bought a new washing machine on the 16th December, competed everything within the allotted time, yet it is now the 21st of January and we've still not received our R500, omo or have had our old machine collected. This is ridiculous and should be reported to ASA for false advertising.
Everytime I've called all I get told is that it's with the courier department, can it please get actioned ASAP?
