We ordered 2 x spare parts for 2 AEG vacuum cleaners in September 2012. We have phoned Claremont Home Appliances numerous times since then and get told every time that they will phone the suppliers and come back to us. Two weeks ago I spoke to Linda and after I got angry she said she would phone me back, we have still not been contacted to say that the parts have arrived. Their lack of communication, the general attitude of the staff is very poor and they all pass the buck.
