I have put a claim in for my iPod, Wise Touch Tablet 7", that was damaged when I was unpacking my luggage on my return from holiday...
I spoke to a Consultant and explain what happened on my return, that I don't know where these items got damage and when this really happened as I only saw when I was unpacking the bag.
The consultant then said that he will take the matter up with his Supervisor and will give me a call back, I missed the call, and I returned the call later.
I than got another Consultant that told me that the claim was rejected for the following reasons under the following points.
