I am loosing patients here!! A phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) that I got through FNB smartphones had a recurring problem since December 2012, been for fixing at least twice (In January 2013) and the second time a Samsung Repair agent certified the phone as irreparable and recommended I get a new one as the fault was factory related. We then processed the necessary paperwork for a warranty claim in February 2013.I have called FNB smartphones more than 20 times in the past 3 months all I get is that the query has been escalated and they will be contacting me soon!!! I then involved Samsung to complain about their device and the call center keep referring me to a person called Wilma (reference no 7111933039) which I can never get hold of at any day or time of the week! What is worse is that every time I make contact with the repair center am told Samsung is out of stock of Galaxy S3!!! am losing my cool please help!!!
