I got a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini about 4 months ago. Since I have had the phone, it has been slow, it takes forever to log onto the internet, it does not dial some numbers, and now it has deleted all my contacts from my phone book. I called Samsung Johannesburg, they said that it is from faulty software that came from the factory. Does the Samsung factory not have a quality control that goods go through before being released to the public? I have lost so much important information and later to be told, I can not retrieve it. WHO IS GOING TO GET IT BACK FOR ME??? NOW I WAS TOLD I MUST TAKE IT TO A SAMSUNG TECHNICIAN, WHEN IT IS SAMSUNG'S STUFF UP! I THINK THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL ON BEHALF OF SAMSUNG FOR ALLOWING PHONES TO LEAVE THEIR FACTORY WITH FAULTY SOFTWARE! THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL US ANYTHING SAMSUNG, AND I WOULD RECOMMEND FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO STAY AWAY, AS THIS IS APPALLING! I HOPE TO HEAR FROM SAMSUNG SOON!!!
