After reading the Previous complaint I posted, Open Window got back to me and we had a big discussion on what the situation was and why I was so unhappy.
It turned out that there has been a gap in communication and that the problem could have been resolved without any issues had they not had some technical difficulties.
They have offered to see me and try to accommodate me in whatever way they can and was more than willing to fix the problem.
There has been some difficulties and it has been sorted out and I was assured that the short courses will function correct and that all issues has been resolved. They gave me a sincere apology and we are all on good terms again.
I would take back my previous statements had I known what was going on, but you cannot remove a post, so with this I would like to say that the problem was a technical one and it has been resolved and that the classes will continue on schedule. I feel that this was a big misunderstanding and that they were very professional in dealing with it. I definitely would recommend Open Window for any further education in Visual and communication fields as they are the best and even the best can have technical difficulties.
