Telkom ISP unable to resolve issues

My e-mails to a telkom ISP subscriber get bounced back to me. So they are somehow blocking my mailserver or something but this has been impossible to resolve. Firstly it's nigh impossible to find out who to get hold of to complain but I finally found a submision website. It creates a support ticket, I get an auto-email, and then, a few days later I get a "problem resolved" mail where they've closed the ticket. I test and sure enough the problem still exists but responding to the "closure" doesn't re-open the ticket so I open another one. Same thing. Have opened about 3 or 4 tickets like this. They never contact me directly to find out more detail, they never check if it's actually resolved before closing the ticket and they never respond.

Useless service. I strongly recommend no-one use Telkom as their ISP. If people can't e-mail you and they are unable/unwilling to resolve technical issues your business will suffer.
