I wish to inform you of my utter disgust with the way College SA deals with clients. I had numerous problems with firstly getting information on my course assessment date for the first module I wrote, then when I enquired about tutor help, I never received it, when I wrote my first assessment test on the first module (and failed miserably as I did not understand a word of what was going on in the module) I was asked why I started with the most difficult module when this was what was send to me to start with! When I enquired about this course I was assured that no financial background is needed as you are explained everything in easy to understand text and tutor assistance is on hand. My biggest mistake was to pay my course upfront in full because now I have no leverage to get the service I paid for.
