On Friday 22 March 2013 I noticed that my internet was so slow, I couldn't even surf the web.
I made a call to Mweb and their automated voice recording told me they are experiencing technical difficulties but the problem would be sorted within 24 hours. It is now the 26 of March 2013 and still the internet speed is still as slow.
I called yet again and their response was that engineers are working on their Sea-com or C-Com cables and that an Email was sent out. (How can I read my Email when my internet doesn't work!!) But anyway...
I pay my bill every month on time and never missed a payment. I feel that if Mweb are having technical difficulties, that they should make a temporary alternative for their clients as they are a big company that should have contingency plans in place for unexpected problems such as these and not throw around excuses!
