I received a letter to make a payment of R858, the letter clearly stated that i should make payment within fourteen days of receiving the letter. I paid the total amount using internet banking and forwarded the proof to Lizette as it stated on the letter. when I phoned her to confirm if she has received the proof, She said my account has been handed over to their dept collectors. I told her I only received the letter 2day ago, She said it's not her problem, because the Post office was on strike post. The same day I received a call from their collections company creditworx David who works for creditworx told me the amount has increased to R11231.6. I then forwarded the proof payment to their admin email but they cannot seem to find my email. If I got the letter sooner I would have made payment immediately so now my dept is growing because the post office was on strike.
