Incompetent!! probblem still not solved

Thank you nomonde for a reply that not only still left all my questions unanswered but has reaffirmed that mtn is pathetic and this is because of staff.
I am aware of what vuyelwa or whatever her name was said but maybe none of your'l understand enlgish terms - a settlement letter means a letter that has the company's letterhead, manager's signature, arrears amount and banking details ON PAPER so that I can make payment and have a letter of reference on my side!!! The letter that everyone @ mtn is adamantly refering to is a proof of payment! Learn the difference between the two! I know I need to first make payment for me to get proof from you and what I'm asking for is the settlement letter to be emailed to me (refer to definition of a settlement letter). If you are still in the ally about what a settlement letter or the type of letter I need please call me I'll be glad to explain AGAIN. And I know what amount I owe, that is not the issue!
