Account payment made but not reflecting

I made a payment on the 6th Mar of R1000 but was continuously phoned by RCS stating my acc was overdue. I sent the proof of payment via email to [Email Removed] on the 19th Mar. I then received a letter stating that I was being blacklisted due to not paying my account. I made another payment of R5000 on the 3rd April and sent another email on the 9th April asking whether the payments had been allocated to my account and received no response. I received another call from RCS on the 15th April stating my account had not been paid. I told the lady that I had made a payment and was asked to email the proof of payment to [Email Removed] which I sent immediately after the call. I was told that I would get feedback as to why payments were not reflecting on my account and to confirm that the payments had been allocated and once again I have had no response from RCS. I recently received a posted letter stating that I had been listed at ITC and would be handed over to the legal department. Let me get one thing straight, don't threaten me with legal action when it's clearly RCS who do not know how to run a company. I will lodge an immediate dispute with the credit bureau
