I contacted HTN on Friday the 30th of August 2013 wanting to make a payment arrangement, I was told by the lady I spoke to that she would have someone call me back regarding this. No one called me, I then contacted them again on Monday the 2nd of September 2013 of which I got through to Michael Masinga. I explained the situation to him and advised that I would like to start paying effective the 25th of September and that I require the proof of arrangement letter. He then only sent me an email confirming that I had advised to start paying on above mentioned date. I then contacted him again advising of letter required, he told me that his supervisor would draft the letter and send it to me. I waited the whole day for this and when I contacted him later in the day, he advised me that I would first need to make payment before I receive the letter. I then made payment the following day and emailed him proof of payment, to which he did not again acknowedge receipt of this until I contacted him telephonically.
