I'm so enraged by UNISA.
Since the change over to the new "support" / "service" system, studying or attempting to study at UNISA has become a South African Joke. For the last 2 year they have a credit / refund due to me and I must have sent millions of emails to everybody with an email address at UNSIA - with nothing but an automated response from them saying nothing!
I am not even interested in completing my degree with them. I'd rather start over somewhere else, somewhere where my accomplishments will not be associated with inefficiency, lack and stupidity.
All we all are asking is contact us when we asking a question via your stupid communication routes.
