Incorrect threatening lette

Just received a letter of final demand from life health care hospital stating that I must pay them R669.79 within 7 days or I will be handed over. From the time I received my first letter I have been corresponding via email with Momentum who have assisted me and have made a payment off R450 into your account which leaves a balance of R219.79. The letter I received has incorrect information and was written in an rude and unprofessional manner. Why couldn't someone at your offices pick up the phone and contact myself or Momentum. Why do you still choose to post letters when it's more efficient and environmentally friendly to use email? Surely you should have your systems updated with the latest information before typing out threatening letters. I hope to receive an apology from the person responsible for this letter and please think about the environment before filling up my post box with trash. Also you request me to fax you proof of payment, sorry but I don't have a fax machine so if you provide me with an email address I will gladly send you the proof of payment.
