I got a settlement amount on the 26 May 2013 for my SABC account and I made the payment the next working day after I emailed them proof of payment. Last week Friday I receive an sms from this company saying I have an outstanding balance I phoned the call centre and the agent confirmed that the account is settled and I requested a Paid up letter and she said she request it for me the SLA is 24 hrs to my suprise this morning I received an email from them demanding payment within 48 hrs. I want this matter sorted and an apology letter as I have all proofs
