Solarworld/ITS exceptionally bad service

As I mentioned to both of you, in order for us to resolve this problem (as you both insisted it was a problem with the house and not the installation/equipment), and ensure that there are no additional costs to Solarworld (80klm away) we would appoint a local certified electrician. As we were not prepared to bow down to the R5000 extortion fee you proposed we appointed an electrician from Plettenberg Bay (Plett Electric).
I was on site when they arrived, it took them EXACTLY 10 minutes to sort out the problem (please see the report below), cost, a call out fee R450.
Now it took Solarworld above 6 trips, replacing non return valves, replacing the WHOLE unit (which was taken for testing in George). Unfortunately Solarworld then started accusing us of withholding monies because we were trying to "" them out of the balance of the contract namely; R6000, of a R22, 000. They verbally abused my 80 year old mother-in-law (while I was away) and because of the threats, SHE PAID, although we still had the problem.
We tried every way possible to sort out this problem amicably;
1. Not pressuring Solarworld over December to do the repairs
2. Taking a video of the problem
