This guy sold me a Daikin Ceiling Mount splt-unit airconditioner for R5000.00 installation included on 28 May 2013. Two weeks later, after numerous delays and promises, the unit was installed, but it tripped the power within a couple of minutes of testing. They checked the unit and told me the problem is with my ac power... apparently that kind of aircon needed a 'slow-curve' breaker.
Needless to say they did not supply one with the unit, if they knew this, why was it not included? Anyway Fuad Steyn the owner demanded his money, the unit was installed, the problem is my breaker. He promised to come and fix the problem if i get a 'slow-curve' breaker. I bought the breaker and after another two weeks of calls and promises he send someone else to come and fit the breaker.
Same problem as before, unit trips the power within 2 minutes... some more testing, now they decided the coil of the aircon is faulty, the unit must be removed and fixed... - this was the last seen of the compressor!!
5 Months later and hundreds of calls and promises and this character is just ignoring me!!
