I had roof tiles for my new house layed by Rome Roofing nearly 5 years ago and no storm clips were attached to the tiles as per the instructions and still to date many other numerous complaints have not been attended to.
I have had reps from Coverland, who supplied the tiles, inspect the work, and they pointed out the bad workmanship done by Rome Roofing.
Rory Trollip the owner of Rome Roofing, after numerous emails and calls to him, eventually came out to inspect my complaints, we agreed as to what should be attended to and he told me that he would be back to do the work the following week and expects me to pay him to see to his unfinished work. That was over a month ago. Now he just ignores my emails asking him how much he intends to charge me and when will he do the work. I have now given up on ever seeing him again and have had to attend to the necessary work myself as the rake verges which have not been grouted or fixed adequately so they rattle and make an unbearable noise when it blows.
