Company refuses to settle accommodation invoice

We run an accommodation establishment named Blue Banana Lodge in Mthatha. On 21 April, we received 10 gentlemen from Directional Drilling. They paid cash for the first 2 days. Then we started sending invoices, which were settled up to 1st ofMay. In each instance, we invoiced for every three or four days. The outstanding amount was for their stay from 1st to the 9th of May. As usual, we sent an invoice for the first 3 days, but they kept extending their stay. Every time we sent an email instructing them to settle the outstanding amount, we were strung along. Initially, the only person i dealt with was Teresa Erasmus, from their P.E office. Then they said i must speak to Morne Theart. He never answered my calls. i googled and called Head Office, where the official line was, the company's owner, Mr Norman Ashley Swanepoel was responsible for this payment. i have never spoken to him, as no one will give me his number. everytime I ask to, i"m told he's either out of the country, in P.E (if I call the Midrand office) or in Johannesburg (if I call the P.E office). i won't rest until i get my money back, and want everyone to know this is how they do business.
